We provide professional infant feeding support in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, including help with breastfeeding, pumping and bottle-feeding in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

You may need support feeding your baby if you…

are pregnant and planning to breastfeed, exclusively pump or combo feed

feel overwhelmed by breastfeeding or anxious about feeding your baby

experience breast pain or engorgement causing difficulty breastfeeding or pumping

have been told that your baby isn’t gaining weight as expected

are not sure if you baby’s full after feedings

think your milk supply is low

see that your baby is fussy at the breast

suspect your baby has a tongue-tie that is causing feeding difficulties

find it very hard to breastfed your baby after introducing bottles

need help with returning to work or pumping

are adopting a baby and planning to breastfeed

What to expect in a consultation

Intake analysis

Before your first appointment, we will send you an intake form through a private and secure platform to gather information about your pregnancy, and birth, and to find out how you and your baby are doing.

Assessment and support

We will do a complete maternal and child feeding assessment, and offer individualized evidence based approaches to improve breastfeeding. If you’re pumping, we will offer support and make sure your flanges fit properly.

Personalized plan

We’ll help you set and achieve your goals by creating a personalized plan for you and your family and leave you with a written plan. We will also offer referrals to other healthcare providers if needed. We’ll check in to see how you’re doing and answer any questions that come up.
